Fair return policy

Every item you order from MEMES-GER SHOP is printed individually for you ("print-on-demand"). This sets us apart from traditional mail order companies, as we cannot simply put exchanged goods back in the warehouse and resell them. Nevertheless, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your order. That's why we offer fair return policies.

14-day exchange guarantee

You can exchange your goods within 14 days of the order date, regardless of whether the item does not fit, you do not like it or does not meet your expectations for other reasons. As a print-on-demand provider, we offer you the following return options:

• Exchange for new goods
• Exchange for a voucher for your next order

A refund of the purchase price is possible if the ordered product was not personalized.

In case of return (no exchange):
Before returning the item, please ensure that the sender details match those on the order and/or enclose a note with the order number in the shipment. This will enable us to correctly allocate the return. We cannot accept packages that are not postage paid or do not have sufficient postage.

As soon as we have received the goods, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the returned items. The invoice amount will be refunded to the same payment method used to place the order.

Individually made items / items with custom text cannot be exchanged or returned. We ask for your understanding.
